The return of the powerful intelligence man Salah Gosh to Port Sudan

Port Sudan- Al-Zawiya Net- The former director of the National Intelligence Service, former member of the Military Council, Lieutenant-General Salah Abdullah, famous for “Salah Gosh”, arrived in the city of Port Sudan, after a long absence from the political and media scene internally.

Gosh has quietly arrived like the one who followed his movements without interest in the political and popular circles, and according to the People’s newspaper that Gosh arrived through a private plane, where he was received by a limited number of well -known figures in eastern Sudan.

The visit, which preceded the appointment of Prime Minister Kamel Idris, coincides with about five days, with developments at the military and external levels related to Sudan.

No official statements have been issued from Gosh about the reasons for the visit or whether they carry political dimensions.

Gosh had left Sudan without the knowledge of the military council in May 2019 through a complex security operation after desperate attempts by the commander of the Rapid Support Militia, Muhammad Hamdan, “Hamidati”, to arrest him.
