Yasser Al -Atta responds to the rumor of his assassination

Follow-up- Al-Zawiya Net- The Assistant Commander-in-Chief of the Sudanese Army, member of the Sovereign Council, Lieutenant General Yasser Al-Atta, denied that he was reported that he was injured after he was targeted by rapid support marches.

Al -Atta said: “I am fine and I was on a field tour with the forces chasing the militia, and this is a failed attempt to know my geographical location, no more.”

Al -Atta stressed in exclusive statements to the Egyptian sunrise, that these reports are merely rumors from the militia’s media rooms and its agents aimed at destroying the high morale of the Sudanese army soldiers after the successive military victories in the field against the militia, especially the liberation of the capital, Khartoum.

He stressed that the armed forces are continuing to fight against the militia until the country’s declaration is free of rebellion.
