Follow-up- Al-Zawiya Net- The official spokesman for the northern state government, Minister of Culture and Al-Baqir Akra, said that the events started as skirmishes between a limited part of the stomachs of the Kababish and Al-Huwair tribes, some of whom are suspected of involvement in illegal smuggling activities.

The skirmishes developed as a result of the summons of each party to support his relatives, which gave the wrong impression that the matter is a dispute between the two tribes at the level of the sight and the mayors, which is contrary to reality.

The government confirmed that what happened is a limited dispute between individuals, and soon it escalated into confrontations that killed four citizens from both sides in addition to some of the wounded, and in no way represents a tribal conflict.

The statement said that the armed forces and other regular forces intervened urgently and were able to contain the situation, break the clashes and complete control over the situation.

The state government confirmed that the law will take its course and will not be tolerated with everyone who participated, incited or caused these events, taking all necessary measures to prevent their recurrence and impose the prestige of the state.

The state government expressed its deep regret for this painful incident and appealed to all citizens to control the soul, adhere to the values ​​of societal peace and not be drawn into any calls for sedition or incitement, warning that the conditions in the state cannot tolerate slipping into the swamps of separation and violence.
