He noted that their classification takes place according to their misfortune in the area of ​​presence, so if the army seizes the area of ​​the civilians present in that area, they are classified by the army, and if that area comes out the next day of the army’s control and falls under the control of rapid support, then its residents are considered an incubator for rapid support and so on.

He added, “There are thousands of detainees and prisoners at the two sides of the war in a miserable state and without the enjoyment of any human rights, and a large number of detainees and prisoners have died inside the prisons of ill -treatment.

On religious and social occasions related to the rights of citizenship and human being such as the performance of the obligatory prayer and the rituals of Hajj and the exams of the Sudanese martyrdom and the movement for the purpose of hospitalization and treatment and the reunification of families and the performance of important social duties such as exchanging condolences for the single family members and attending a burial ceremony from we love, we find millions of civilians who cannot move from one area to another.

He noted that freedom of movement and movement during the war is guaranteed by international humanitarian law and is an inherent right of millions of civilians, and the time has come after the unhappy years of the war years and it is in its third year now, and in the absence of a humanitarian ceasefire, the time is time to engage and demand freedom of movement for civilians and refused to deal with the division of Sudan as a reality.

Arman said: We appeal to all platforms of mediation, regional and international organizations and United Nations agencies to demand the freedom of movement and movement of civilians to and from the regions of the two parties’ control and allow civilians to perform their social and religious duties and receive treatment and the reunification of families.

Millions of Sudanese and Sudanese, especially children, women, elders, and families, have paid a heavy price as a result of the madness of the ends of the war and their terrible violations of humanitarian, national and international law.
