Follow-up- Al-Zawiya Net- The family of the journalist Ataf Abdel-Wahab directed an urgent humanitarian appeal to the head of the Justice and Equality Movement, Gabriel Ibrahim, after more than two weeks have passed since the enforced disappearance of Atf at the hands of a group attributed to the movement in Port Sudan.

The family said in the statement of the appeal that she had not obtained any information about the place of Ataf detention or his health condition until this moment.

She added, “In the midst of this ordeal, we were also shocked by the news of the martyrdom of his older brother, Dr. Ihab Abdel Wahab, while he was arrested in the prison forces’ detention centers, which doubled the suffering and pain of the family.”

The family held the party that kidnapped Ataf full responsibility for his safety and life.
