Muammar Ibrahim, a Sudanese journalist, said that these devices depend on iOS and iCloud service, which allows the storage of data (photos, correspondence, etc.) and distance management.

Pointing out that the owner of the device can track his site via GPS, even if it is closed or not connected to the Internet, using Google Maps or satellite images.

He stressed that these phones, which may be provided with militias from the Emirates, are left to track the movements of the forces that they pick up, which exposes them to accurate targeting with drones.

“There is no value to these agencies for the army or the joint forces, it is protected by the iCloud system and its content cannot be reached. Picking it threatens the security of military movements. Therefore, it is recommended that they be destroyed immediately in place instead of collecting them.
