The Minister of Finance explained that Sudan needs basic infrastructure, airports, airports, ports, water networks, electricity, gas, and sanitation, and said: “We need strategic partners working on the construction and operation system, then the ownership of the state is transferred and this legislation is underway to encourage investment.
