Muhammad Al -Zain reveals that the International Court of Justice asked the Republic of Sudan and the UAE to make their comments on the request of the Republic of Serbia to interfere in the case by June 24, that is, 7 weeks after its decision tomorrow about the temporary measures that Sudan requested against the UAE.

The UAE government asked the court to delete Sudan’s lawsuit under the pretext that it would reserve the ninth item in the genocide -preventing treaty.

Observers said that Serbia interfered in the case, Sudan was guaranteed to the minimum, not to remove the case quickly, even if the court today refused to request temporary procedures until the request for Serbian intervention.
