Zain will shock its subscribers with a new decision

Follow-up- Al-Zawiya Net- Zain Sudan Telecom announced the imposition of a new increase in call tariffs, as of March 25, 2025, which raised a wave of questions between subscribers.

The company sent a text message to the phones of its customers, saying: “Our mutual dear; we note that starting on March 25, 2025, the call tariffs will be modified for the subscribers of the payment provided.”

This increase caused different reactions among users, some of them expressed their dissatisfaction with repeated increases, while others demanded the company to clarify the percentage of the increase and its causes.

Zain did not reveal in her message the percentage of the increase or the details of the affected packages, which prompted many customers to demand an official clarification.
