A member of the Kadugli emergency room, according to Ultra Sudan, said that there is a lack of basic foodstuffs in the Kadugli market, which prompted merchants to close shops and restaurants.

The source, who preferred to withhold his name for security reasons, confirmed that the city of Kadoukly, since Friday, has no basic foodstuffs such as sugar, flour and oil due to the cutting of the Deling Road.

He pointed out that the city of Kadoukly is lacking online networks after collecting the Astriclink devices, in addition to confiscating the phones of activists in the city, under the pretext of cooperation with the popular movement led by Abdulaziz Al -Helou.

The source pointed out that the city of Kadoukly has been siege for several days, after cutting the road that represents a lifeline for the city, pointing out that the continued closure of the road will lead to a famine in the city.

For his part, the voluntary work activist in South Kordofan Al -Sadiq Ibrahim told Al -Ultra Sudan: The cutting of the road linking the city of Deling and Cadvali created a scarcity of basic commodities in the city market.

He pointed out that large parts of the state of South Kordofan have long been suffering from a significant rise in basic food. He explained that the situation in the city of Kadugli warns of a famine if the road is not opened as soon as possible.

He appealed to the Sudanese army to intervene to open the white Deling Road, and to enter the food of the state, which suffers from a siege applied after the Rapid Support Alliance and the Popular Movement North, led by Abdel Aziz El Helou.

In addition, a military source said that the Deling Kadoukly road was opened since Friday, June 20. The source indicated that the road will be opened within hours in front of the citizens ’movement after the insurance and combing process will take place.

The source pointed out that the popular movement resorted to bombing the city of Deling with heavy artillery after its inability to control it.
