The Ministry of Justice issues a decision on unions

Follow-up- Al-Zawiya Net- The Ministry of Justice issued, through the General Registrar of Labor Organizations, a decision that declared the end of the session of all executive offices of trade union organizations, as well as ending the electoral session for all the executive offices of trade union organizations at all levels.

The decision decided to transform all the executive offices referred to in Clause (1/2) into a preliminary committees according to a certificate issued by the general registrant of work organizations.

The decision noted that the preliminary committees start their agreed tasks in accordance with the directives issued by the general registrar until the start of the procedures of the electoral session.

She said that the decision is applied from the date of signing it and all relevant authorities were to put the decision into practice.
