Follow-up- Al-Zawiya Net- The Egyptian Telecom Company (WE) issued a warning to all its customers who are late to pay the landline phone and home internet service, asking them to quickly settle their financial dues before the start of the Eid Al-Fitr holiday.

The internet cut permanently
The company explained that Sunday, March 16, witnessed the taking of the service lifting of customers who did not pay the landline bills, stressing that the company provides its customers for the longest possible permanent period before cutting the service permanently.

She indicated that the customer has the full landline phone services, starting with the collection of the bill on January 1 to February 15.

But if it is not paid during this period, the line turns into a reception position only until March 15, which also leads to the affected home Internet service.

She emphasized that in the event that the payment is not committed during this deadline, the company will take the necessary measures to preserve its financial rights, which may lead to the permanent withdrawing the lines from customers who are backward.
