Sudan Electricity Company explains in the statement of the reasons for the delay in the return of the current and warns

Port Sudan- Al-Zawiya Net- Sudan Electricity Company warned against broadcasting false information through social media through forged pages bearing the name of the Sudan Electricity Company.

In its statement, the company said that “the delay in re -service is due to the recurrence of the bombing operations that targeted the network, which led to the loss of many alternative lines necessary for treatment.”

The statement indicated that repairing faults has become required in several different locations to ensure the return of the current. Noting “to the need to be careful of the misleading information that is circulating on social media.”

The Sudan Electricity Company expressed its thanks and appreciation to the citizens for their patience.

The company confirmed its intention to take the necessary legal measures against everyone who promotes rumors and informal news, noting that there is a systematic activity carried out by the media rooms of the rebel rapid support militia and those cooperating with it from some inside and outside Sudan and broadcasting false information through social media visitors through forged pages bearing the name of the Sudan Electricity Company.

The Media Coordination Council stressed at the end of its statement that the official news related to the electrical sector is sent directly to the approved media channels
