Russian companies storm the field of airports and civil aviation in Sudan

Follow-up- Al-Zawiya Net- A group of Russian companies expressed its desire to invest in Sudan in various fields, the most important of which are agriculture, infrastructure, energy and services, establishing airports and services, air equipment and civil aviation.

Gabriel Ibrahim, Minister of Finance and Economic Planning, affirmed the government’s interest in developing economic cooperation relations with Russia and moving to them to welcomed horizons in order to achieve common interests.

During his meeting with Ambassador Andre Cernovol, Russia’s ambassador to Sudan, accompanied by a number of representatives of Russian companies headed by businessman Samaranov in the Ministry today, welcomed Russian investments and promised to study the proposed areas and align them with Sudan’s priorities for the construction and reconstruction stage.

It was agreed between the two sides to hold the joint ministerial committee in Sudan during the coming period to enhance economic cooperation relations between the two countries and the integrated preparation of Russian investment liabilities in coordination with the national private sector.
