The minister said that there are 4 stages for disinfection and safe return. The second stage is the stage of removing the rubble such as (vehicles and homes), which allows the entry of the third stage the environment, hygiene and sterilization. The last stage is the sterilization phase of (spraying, pesticides, and fighting disease vectors).
