The governor of Darfur Province, Mona Arko Minawi, said that last week, at the initiative and coordination of a friendly country, an agreement was made between the region’s government and the United Nations Office for Humanitarian Affairs (Augs) to run a humanitarian convoy of Zamzam camp on the thirteenth of this April.

He pointed out that the agreement was made with the rapid support militia, which targeted the camp at the time when aid should reach.

He stressed that this matter requires condemnation and clarification from (Augha) and said that the government is still on the covenant and renews its respect for international and humanitarian law
