Follow-up- Al-Zawiya Net- The Sudanese embassy in Cairo denied what was circulated on social media about imposing fees on the renewal forms of residence for Sudanese citizens residing in Egypt.

An official source at the embassy confirmed, in a special statement to the “Sudanese Echoes” platform, that the residence renewal forms are granted free to citizens, and are directly distributed through the service windows at the embassy headquarters in the Dokki neighborhood, without any fees or fee.

He explained that the procedures for obtaining the form are carried out according to specific controls that include the perpetuation of the official documents required and approved by the Egyptian authorities.
