She said in a circular that the news is false and unfounded and just fabricated.

Meanwhile, the Sudanese ambassador to Russia, Muhammad al -Ghazali Siraj, said that the news circulating about the signing of an agreement to establish a Russian base in the Red Sea is incorrect and volatile, and this shows its formulation.
