A member of the Sudanese government delegation reveals the details of the scenes of the International Court of Justice

CAIRO- Sabah Moussa- A member of the Sudanese government’s delegation participating in the International Court of Justice session (Thursday), Dr. Mutasim Al-Senussi, revealed that the UAE has not brought new to Sudan, and that the court has not issued its final statement yet.

Al -Senussi said in a special statement to the “Al -Muqihqa” news website that the court heard in the first session of the request submitted by Sudan, adding that Sudan presented a coherent case, starting with the explanation of the court’s jurisdiction in resolving the disputes, and a presentation of documents, data and photos.

Indicating that Sudan has proven the existence of the danger in the continued genocide and the violations committed by rapid support with unlimited support from the UAE, and said that Sudan affirmed its adherence to temporary measures to compel the UAE not to assist the rapid support militia against the Sudanese people.

A member of the Sudanese government’s delegation and advisor to the Ministry of Justice pointed out that the UAE in the second session did not bring any new unexpected, and said that the UAE delegation objected only to the ninth article of the genocide agreement, and announced its adherence to objecting to this article.

Pointing out that the UAE delegation tried to introduce some political sentences, and said that they spoke, as the politicians speak, adding that the court surprised them in the end with two questions, the first of which was why the UAE joined the agreement as it objected to Article 9 in it, and what is the goal of the objection, and he continued.

A member of the Sudanese government delegation revealed that the court has not issued its statement yet, and that it will wait for the UAE’s response to the two questions, and then it will listen to Sudan’s response to these answers and may take this a month from now, explaining that the court is facing two scenarios either accepted the jurisdiction, and then it will hold other sessions to hear the objectivity of the conservative procedures in the face of the UAE, and the other scenario is to declare its jurisdiction, expressing the optimism of Sudan His rights will not be lost, and that despite what is happening, all Arab countries and some regional and international countries know very well that the UAE is condemned in Sudan, stressing that Sudan is fully confident in its victory over the Emirates in this issue.

He said that the two delegations attended with each other in the hall, and that there was no talk or peace between them, reducing the sarcasm of the Emirati media for the performance of the representative of Sudan in the session, and he said we have no time to comment on that, and they had to comment on our whole cause, but they did not come with a new one that we did not know except the objection that the court came to them with a question.

A member of the government delegation indicated that Sudan presented more than 150 documents to the court, and said that these documents whale the type of weapons and the history of their industry and that they come for the benefit of the Emirates, adding that we also provided passports to military personnel from the Emirates that were present in the field, in addition to the Colombians and Ethiopians who entered with a visa from an Emirati security company, stressing that the UAE delegation was unable to refute all these documents, and that they focused only on Their objection to the lack of jurisdiction.
