She noted that the matter that took more than four months or increases negotiating the details of the prime minister’s powers and his rulers and how to manage institutions and the legitimacy of managing the competent files and its September for the prime minister with a review of the policies and how to plan to build firm institutions regardless of the nature of the stage, which took a long time in the dialogue.
