Khartoum Bank collects all its services in one service

Follow-up- Al-Zawiya Net- Bank of Khartoum announced the launch of a Chat-Bot service accomplished as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance digital support channels for customer service.

She said that the service provides immediate responses in both Arabic and English to a wide range of inquiries and various information about the bank.

This includes “types of accounts and how to open them, self -services information in your bank (such as safety questions and how to use it), electronic services, operating branches and working hours, visa cards information, external transfers and financing information.

He stressed that this service was designed to help customers obtain information quickly, without the need to visit the branch or contact the call center, which enhances the efficiency and quality of banking services.
