The Ministry of Finance in the White Nile State shocks land crocodiles with hot decisions

Follow-up- Al-Zawiya Net- The Minister of Finance in the White Nile State, Fatima Al-Hajj Al-Tayeb, issued a decision to seize all unpaved investment sites or that violations were monitored in a number of localities.

The decision included vacant investment sites in the localities of Kosti, Rabak, Tandelti, Al -Daim, Al -Qatina, and varied between industrial workshops, factories, stores, cafeterias, service stations, gas warehouses, agricultural and industrial projects, in well -known investment boxes, most notably: a box of 40, 85 and 120 in Kosti, and squares 60, 91, 16 and 2 in your Lord.

The Ministry of Finance stressed that this decision comes within the efforts to organize the investment activity and ensure the commitment to legal controls and standards, noting that the owners of the seized establishments have the right to apply for an appeal within a month from the date of the decision.

The Ministry also directed the competent authorities to take the necessary measures to put the decision into immediate implementation, in a move aimed at enhancing the efficiency of resource use and stimulating serious investments with a real economic impact.

The seized sites also included lands dedicated to a number of major companies such as Africo International, African Agricultural Company, the International Internet Company, and Al -Nahla Petroleum Company.
