New decisions from Saudi Arabia regarding the situation of the Sudanese

Follow-up- Al-Zawiya Net- The Saudi authorities announced the exclusion of the Sudanese coming with an Umrah visa from the decision to leave before the Hajj season.

The General Directorate of Saudi Passports confirmed that this procedure came an estimate of the exceptional circumstances that Sudan is going through, and seeks to support the Sudanese brothers in light of the current crisis that is ravaged by their country.

Within the framework of this decision, the General Directorate of Passports, in cooperation with the Saudi Ministry of Interior, provided a new service through the “Absher” platform, which allows holders of Umrah visas from the Sudanese to convert their visa into a family visa, which guarantees them regular residence within the Kingdom without being exposed to any violations of residence and work regulations.
