The first public listening sessions in Sudan’s lawsuit against the UAE regarding Sudan’s request to refer to temporary measures in accordance with (the implementation of the agreement to prevent the crime of genocide and punish it in Sudan) were launched.
The court heard the rationale provided by Sudan, which included a number of evidence proving the Emirates’s involvement in the Sudan war, by providing it with the rapid support militia with weapons and war hardware, which enabled it to commit genocide in West Darfur, war crimes and a lot of grave violations.

Al -Hu’itiyat touched that companies of the rebel rapid support militia are working in the field of gold extraction and transporting it to the Emirates in exchange for securing weapons supplies, in addition to the fact that the Koulebeen mercenaries and other nationalities were arrested during combat operations in Sudanese lands carrying documents linked to the Emirates, in addition to finding many belongings related to the Emirates in the locations that were controlled by the militia in the state of Khartoum, and in Jabal Moya, Sennar, and other areas.
The court included in its agenda a second public hearing from four in the afternoon until six in the evening to follow the recitation of Sudan.
