First of all, I must point out that what I will address in this context is only a matter of contribution and participation, and in the matter of our deep love for civil aviation, which we grew up in its confines and spent the most beautiful years of life between its offices, its rituals and its halls until we reached the legal age of retirement in the past year, and this is the virtue of God.

To restart the Khartoum Airport, many of the intuitive axes are intuitively, and this leaves it to the competent competencies of the Civil Aviation Authority and the Sudan Airports Company and most of them are the most worthy and appropriate to put in place the standards and standard operational requirements in line with the directives Our hands, so I will mention it clearly and transparently, so that it may contribute to seeing the new Khartoum Airport, integrated, and the viewers are pleased as the airports of the whole world and constitute a good initial impression for all those who arrive in the country through Khartoum Airport and summarize my notes and remove them in these points:

1/ Reducing administrative offices, large and dense administrative presence and lowering them to the lowest level through which operational tasks are managed for all bodies related to the daily work of the airport from civil aviation itself and all industry partners from airlines, land handling, customs, passports, other regular authorities and all service agencies and service providers at the airport and focus on the operational presence that performs the tasks of these entities (the system of pulse That his office and executive staff be outside the airport department and this is in force in many airports (such as King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah).

If the procedure, if it works, it will reduce a lot of pressure and additional burdens at the airport services level.

2/ One of the problems of the previous airport is the civil defense stations, and this should work to increase, create and distribute it technical and professionally to raise the level of safety at the airport. It is also possible to create and work an external station located outside the airport wall for rapid dealing and the first intervention of accidents that fall outside the airport and the best site for this station the southern region of the Hajj and Umrah hall.

3/ It is necessary in the new design of the airport that there be a warning and communications center (Fire Control) to deal and supervise the types of aircraft accidents that may occur at the airport and this center will be a Tiga Tower and the most appropriate location for the main station for the airport defense.

4/ The necessity of bringing and providing firefighting vehicles with modern specifications and equipped with communications devices and letters for each vehicle to communicate between them and the Tower of the Warning and Communications Center when interfering in emergency cases.

5/ Working to unify the ground handling companies in one company to provide ground services for aircraft and passenger furniture scales (counters) and in this a significant reduction in the heavy human presence in the halls and some other merits, the least of which (the crowd of the previous colors of the companies for companies inside the halls), and for the information this proposal is not from the daughters of my thoughts, it was previously presented on the one hand and has been formed for a committee for implementation, but some complications It prevented the completion of this appropriate and practical procedure.
