In a precedent, the first .. a Sudanese journalist suits the UAE and demands compensation for $ 100 million

Follow-up- Al-Zawiya Net- In a precedent, the first of its kind was written by the Sudanese journalist, Suleiman Miga complaint in front of the first deputy prosecutor of the Droshab North Khartoum, Mawlana Ezzeddine Hussein, in which the UAE government represented by the person of Mohammed bin Zayed and the rapid support militia was accused of violating its human rights and endangering it.

The prosecution issued the complaint under Articles 26/174/182/186 of the Criminal Code, and the journalist reported a notification of the number (203) at the Hajj Youssef Police Department.

Journalist Hajar Suleiman revealed in a statement that she was affected by the war that the UAE supported, which caused severe health, psychological and material damage that resulted in the exposure of her family’s house to collapse as a result of the artillery shelling that the militia was carrying out from the heart of the neighborhoods besides losing its car and all its property.

In her case, the journalist announced her vision of Emirati weapons carrying a preamble to the UAE and cars carrying Emirati paintings and an Emirati officer, accompanied by a group of militia leaders.

The journalist accused the UAE of publishing biological weapons through capsules that were publishing chemical fumes and said that she had witnesses to the authenticity of her speech, as the journalist said in her complaint that she was morally affected by the war that caused a dispersal of her sister and her children who disappeared forcibly disappeared

In the context, the journalist stressed in a press statement that she will proceed with her complaint until the last stages of sue, and if she was forced to prosecute the UAE before the international justice and criminal courts or even the UN Security Council and said that it will demand the UAE to compensate one hundred million dollars in compensation for the damage that afflicted it
