A Sudanese official arrives in two regions in the seam lines in South Kordofan

Follow-up- Al-Zawiya Net- The Minister of Infrastructure and Urban Development in the state of South Kordofan, western Sudan, Abdullah Moussa and Nice, a visit to the “Dashoul and Kurdish” regions, located on the national road such as Kadhli- Al-Daling, the two largest cities in the state.

On June 29, 2025, the Sudanese Armed Forces managed to regain full control of the “Dashoul” and “Al -Kalaqil” areas in the state after fierce battles with the SPLM forces – North led by Abdulaziz Al -Helou, in a new escalation of military confrontations in the Nuba Mountains.

The importance of the Dashoul and Kurdish regions in South Kordofan state

The two axis regions are located on the strategic road linking the cities of Deling and Kadjli, and they are seen as a very important logistical corridor in the conflict that has been going on for more than two years.

The Minister of Infrastructure stood on the extent of the systematic destruction and sabotage that the SPLM was north of Abdulaziz Al -Helou against a person in South Kordofan by demolishing the infrastructure of schools, water and communications domains, in addition to health centers.

Abdullah said in a press statement reported by the Sudan News Agency that the SPLM north of Abdulaziz Al -Helou and its ally, the rebel fast support militia aimed to destroy the citizen, insult his dignity and deny him the enjoyment of the most basic services.

He affirmed the government’s serious endeavor to provide services, maintenance and rehabilitation of places affected by sabotage hands by the sweet popular movement.
