Important developments on flour mills in Khartoum

Follow-up- Al-Zawiya Net- The Sudanese Ministry of Industry announced new measures to ensure that flour mills continue in the capital, Khartoum and some states.

A meeting held between the Undersecretary of the Ministry, Mahasin Ali Yaqoub and flour production companies, to increase production and cover the gap.

The two parties agreed, according to the Sudan News Agency, to facilitate the obtaining of mills on funding from banks, while maintaining the condition of obtaining the approval of the Central Bank of Sudan to finance the import of wheat.

The Undersecretary stressed the necessity of legalizing the fees and collecting them with one delivery, not imposing fees or taxes on transit trade between the states, and reviewing all fees in national means.
