Follow-up- Al-Zawiya Net- Sources said that a delegation of the Sudan Liberation Movement, the leadership of Mona Arko Minawi, met with Emirati envoys in the Chadian capital, Angelina, by the Chadian President Mohamed Idris Deby, “Kaka”, according to the “Chad One” website.

The relationship between the movement and the leadership of the Sudanese army is witnessing great tension due to the differences on the proportion of power in the Juba agreement for the peace of Sudan, after the “Minawi, Justice and Equality and Equality” movements in the government of Kamel Idris.

To that, the Justice and Equality Movement emphasized that achieving justice in the distribution of power and wealth is the cornerstone of building a stable and fair state, considering that the Juba agreement for Sudan’s peace is not merely a passing political settlement, but rather a necessary step to address chronic historical imbalances in the state structure.

In an article published by the movement, Mutasim Ahmed Saleh said that talking about the 25 % of power as a “numerical share” reduces the essence of the agreement and empties from its real content, indicating that the agreement came to correct the path of the Sudanese state since independence, and not to share my formal positions.

Saleh denied that the adherence of the Justice, Equality and Sudan Liberation movements to obtain certain ministries with personal motives or in search of influence, explaining that the matter is linked to a project that aims to end marginalization and achieve balance in the sovereign, executive, security and service state institutions.

He added that holding the citizens of Darfur and Kordofan responsible for what is going on in their regions is a denunciation of the responsibility of the state, stressing that the people of these regions remained sacrificing their lives in defense of the homeland without discrimination.

He stressed that the continued description of the demands of the signed forces on the Juba agreement to seek “division of power” is a dwarf of the sacrifices of peoples who have suffered from marginalization for decades, warning against ignoring these demands as a political welfare.

Saleh stressed at the end of his article that the construction of the new Sudan is not achieved by slogans, but rather with a real political will that recognizes the right of all its components in a balanced partnership that ends the era of exclusion, and establishes a republic based on the foundations of citizenship, justice and equality.
