Blocking the movement of people and vehicles in Sennar

Follow-up- Al-Zawiya Net- The Governor of Sennar, Major General Rukn, Al-Zubair Hassan, issued an emergency order that he had banned all people and vehicles from roaming within all cities of the state, starting from eleven in the evening until four in the morning.

The emergency matter excludes the regular forces

The order of the prohibition was excluded by the regular forces, according to the state security committee, the medical staff and the employees of the emergency service, after obtaining the necessary permit from the authority determined by the governor.

Abolish the previous emergency ban

The current emergency order canceled the previous emergency order issued in the year 17/20/2023, which was prohibiting roaming from seven in the evening until five in the morning.

The emergency matter determines penalties for violators

The current emergency order determined a financial penalty for those who violate the ban of no less than one million pounds and the case of non -payment of imprisonment in a manner that does not exceed the month, and in the event of a repeat of the violation, the person is punished with imprisonment by no less than a month and not more than three months with a fine of no less than three million pounds and not more than five million pounds.

The emergency order directed the executives of the seven states of the state and put the decision into practice.
