The signatories, who included prominent political figures such as Mohamed Abdullah Al -Doma, head of the National Umma Party, Moataz Al -Fahal, the political secretary of the Federal Democratic Party, and Nurlddine Salahuddin as a representative of the national current and Professor Anam Abdel Hafeez and Professor Talents of the Sayyid in addition to Mr. Amin Abdel Rahim, head of the National Unity Party and other politicians, and as the signatures included important leadership leaders and regional Nour Al -Daim on Dinar for the Sultanate of Darfur, and Sharif Omar Al -Hindi, representative of the civil society in the state of Al -Jazeera, Baker Ahmed Sharaf Al -Din Shartai, the Fur in the Wilayat of the Red Sea, Mahjoub Al -Jazouli, Azzel, on the national mechanism of the Al -Fallatah tribe. The letter exposes the attempts of some political forces signed on the June 13 mission, according to its text, to equal the “Rapid Support Forces” in the Sudanese army, despite “the first involvement in 77% of violations against civilians, including mass killing, rape and destruction of infrastructure,” according to an independent report issued in November 2024. She adds that “ignoring the mention of this militia in the body of the message constitutes a serious cognitive fraud.”

The signatories also accused the signers of the previous message of “distorting the facts and employing the narratives of the war to serve personal aspirations in power,” explaining that some of them “declared principles with the rapid support forces or occupied leadership positions in entities supported by them”, and that “resigned Prime Minister Abdullah Hamdouk, residing in the Emirates, and runs one of its research centers leading a clear coordination between his political and militia alliance.”

The message warned of attempts to “steal the representation of Sudanese civilians” by groups seeking to monopolize the voice of the civilian people, calling on the Secretary -General to enhance the support of the United Nations for the efforts of his envoy, and to address the attempts that seek to “dismantle the Sudanese state through external supported militias.”

The letter concluded with an explicit appeal to the United Nations not to submit to political pressure, direct its efforts towards supporting just peace, revealing external support to the militias and imposing sanctions on the international parties violating the Security Council resolutions, especially the UAE
