Follow-up- Al-Zawiya Net- The Central Criminal Investigation Department of the Nile State, north of Sudan, succeeded in uncovering the mystery of the killing of the young man (Mustafa), stabbing the hands of unknown defendants in the Al-Tarawah neighborhood in Atbara city recently after he and his father were subjected to a treacherous looting accident while they were driving a “Tikk” vehicle.

Details of the crime are due to the follow -up of the police press office, to the moment three unknown persons riding a black motorcycle of the late Mustafa and his father, as one of them hit the victim with a stick on his left hand, trying to stop the vehicle. Despite his attempt to resist, he received fatal stab wounds with a knife in his stomach, leg and hand, to flee the perpetrators when one of the neighbors intervened, while the victim was transferred to try to help him, but he died.

The police wrote a notification of the number (756) under Article (130) of the Criminal Code of the Al -Wahda Police Department, and the investigation took place in which a police officer was immediately and immediately a field team was formed led by an officer to collect information and track the perpetrators, despite the ambiguity of the crime motives and the non -stealing of any property from the victim, but the investigations.

It led to the identification of one of the involved, called (M.A) (22 years old), from the usual criminals known as Khartoum, and was previously condemned in a report of killing in which the blood money was executed in the Al -Wahda area in the Palestine district, and after confronting the evidence he acknowledged his crime and indicated his partners.

In a tight ambush in the Dar Mali region, the investigation team was able to arrest the other defendants: (AH) (26 years) – residing in the revolution, the tank, (A.A.) (23 years old) – is currently residing in a Mali house.

The three defendants approved their hideous crime, as the first took over the motorcycle, while the second hit the victim with the stick, and the third was the one who paid the deadly stab wounds. They were accompanied by the location of the crime, as they instructed the tools used – the knife and the stick – and each accused explained his role.

The state police have begun investigations, registration of judicial recognition, and the completion of legal procedures, in preparation for the perpetrators of justice.
