The Ethiopian Prime Minister pushes his intelligence director to Port Sudan

Follow-up- Al-Zawiya Net- A high-ranking Ethiopian delegation, headed by Radwan Hussein, Director General of the National Intelligence and Intelligence Service, delivered a message from the Ethiopian Prime Minister Abi Ahmed to the Chairman of the Sudanese Sovereignty Council, Commander-in-Chief of the Army, Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan.

He affirmed Ethiopia’s support for Sudan’s efforts to ensure peace and stability.

The letter in Port Sudan delivered both Radwan and Gitasho Reda, Adviser to the Prime Minister for East Africa, according to the Ethiopian News Agency.

Radwan stressed that the delegation was received “a warm welcome”, and that Ethiopia “will continue its fixed support” for Sudan’s efforts to achieve peace and stability.

The Director of Ethiopia Intelligence and his delegation had visited Juba a few days ago to check on the situation there after the differences that broke out between the government and the opposition popular movement led by Dr. Rick Machar, the issue is under house arrest.
