Ardol commenting on the slap of the French president by his wife, “What if the dealer was Sudanese

A video recently circulated sparked a wave of controversy, after Brigitte Macron, the wife of French President Emmanuel Macron, appeared in a sudden movement towards her husband’s face at the door of the plane after they arrived in Vietnam on a Asian tour.

Although the snapshot raised the surprise of some, the Elysee Palace was quick to reduce it, describing it as a “moment of alphabet” between a couple.

The clip shows the French president standing at the entrance to the plane, before his wife’s hand extends from the side and pushes his face in a movement that appeared unexpected. Macron seemed surprising for a moment, but he quickly remedy the situation and waved the media. While they got out of the plane’s ladder, his wife was offered to hold his arm, but she chose to relax on the edge of the ladder instead.
