Follow-up- Al-Zawiya Net- the Sudanese government, it is following with great condemnation, the accusations and decisions issued by the American administration characterized by political extortion and falsifying facts regarding the situation in Sudan.
Khaled Al -Esir, Minister of Culture and Information, spokesman for the Sudanese government, stressed that the United States has been, over many years, to pursue policies that hinder the march of the Sudanese people towards stability, peace and prosperity, and it is not surprising that these policies will be resumed whenever the state has made tangible progress on the ground.
Al -Aasir said that the fabrication of accusations and the promotion of lies, including the recent allegations that are not based on any evidence, come within an old approach based on the road map developed by the previous American administration in 2005, which are modified in a way that serves American agendas, based on allegations that are not related to reality.
He added, “These false allegations again targeted the Sudanese armed forces, especially after their field achievements that changed the reality of the battle, and after the appointment of a prime minister, which constituted an important development in the path of rebuilding state institutions and not this first attempt. The United States used similar tools in the past without achieving its goals.
He noted that the world has followed the clear statements made by the American Senator Sarah Jacob, in which she criticized the complicity of her country’s management with the crimes committed by the Rapid Support Militia in Sudan, with the support of the United Arab Emirates, and called for a ban on the supply of weapons to it. This position reflects the existence of American voices that realize the reality of the crisis and the size of the grievances to which the Sudanese people are exposed.
We remind the United States that it had previously bombed the Al -Shifa factory in August 1998, based on allegations that were later proven to lie, as it turned out that the factory was to produce medicines. Today, the same allegations are based on unfounded accusations regarding the use of chemical weapons, while Washington is silent about the crimes documented against civilians in Darfur and other regions behind the United Arab Emirates through its unlimited support for the militias, and by providing it with strategic march, modern American weapons, and full financial financing, approved by the United Nations Experts Committee.
This false narration, which the American administration seeks to market internationally, is only a new attempt to mislead public opinion, and to provide a political cover for parties that have lost its legitimacy and was involved in crimes against the Sudanese people.
The former US administration has previously sought to impose the framework agreement on the Sudanese people in a way that guarantees the militias remaining within an artificial transitional scene, ignoring the aspirations of the people in building a fair civil state based on law, freedom and national sovereignty through free and transparent elections.
As the Sudanese people and their government realize the dimensions of this continuous political extortion, they confirm that what the current stage is witnessing is only a repetition of previous mistakes in the American administration’s dealings with Sudan issues. However, the difference today is that these interventions, which lack the ethical and legal basics, lose Washington the remaining credibility, and the doors of influence in Sudan are closed by it due to its unilateral and unfair decisions.
The US government must realize that the government of Sudan, which is backed by the will of its people, is continuing on its way until the full victory in the battle of dignity, and will not pay attention to any attempts aimed at obstructing the aspirations of the Sudanese people towards a decent life, and liberating his country from militias and interference of the countries of aggression.
