An invitation to an international investigation into the killing of a Sudanese journalist

Follow-up- Al-Zawiya Net- The Committee for Protection of Journalists in the Middle East and North Africa called for an investigation into the killing of the independent Sudanese photojournalist, Al-Sammani Saad Eddin Musa “Sheikho”

“Sheikho” was killed in an attack suspected of being carried out by a driver of the Rapid Support Forces, while covering the effectiveness organized by the Sudan Shield Forces last Sunday.

She said that all parties to the conflict in Sudan should stop targeting journalists, ensuring their ability to work safely, and hold those responsible for the killing of “Sheikho” accountable
