A statement from Istanbul in Türkiye regarding the liberation of Khartoum

Follow-up- Al-Zawiya Net- The Sudanese community in Istanbul made the most sincere congratulations and the highest verses of blessings to the great Sudanese people and the valiant Sudanese armed forces on the occasion of the liberation of the beloved capital, Khartoum, from the grip of the rebel rapid support militia.

She said that this victory, which was achieved thanks to the sacrifices of the righteous martyrs, the determination of the brave fighters and the steadfastness of loyal citizens, represents a milestone in the history of our country, and the beginning of a new stage towards restoring security and stability and building the modern Sudanese state.

For a long time, Khartoum has suffered from the scourge of war, destruction and violations made by the rebel militias. Its liberation today is not merely a restoration of the land, but rather a restoration of national dignity, and the restoration of hope for a better future for all Sudanese.

We, as an integral part of the Sudanese national fabric, express our pride and pride in this historical achievement, and we renew our full support for the Sudanese Armed Forces in their efforts to complete the defeat of the rebellion and secure all parts of the country.

The call to national unity: The unification of the ranks and the rejection of the band is the only way to overcome the current challenges and achieve sustainable development.

Claiming accountable for those involved:
Everyone involved in crimes and violations against the Sudanese people must be brought to justice in order to obtain their just retribution.

Emphasizing relief and reconstruction support:
We call on all local and international actors to provide the necessary support to relieve the affected people and rebuild what was destroyed by the war.

The Sudanese community in Istanbul is going to pray for the martyrs with mercy and forgiveness, and to the wounded with a speedy recovery, and we pray to God to protect Sudan and its people from all harm.
