The proof issues a 4 -point sovereign decision

Follow-up- Al-Zawiya Net- The President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, issued a decision that prevented any vehicle to move without plates without any exception in all states of Sudan.

He directed to seize any vehicle in violation of this decision, and the concerned authorities should take the necessary measures to implement this decision, and the Council of Ministers and the other concerned authorities were to put this decision into practice.

He said that the decision came after reviewing the constitutional decrees No. (38) for the year 2019 AD and (21) for the year 2021 AD and (4) for the year 2022 AD and happiness (18) (1) from the regulation of the Sovereign Council of 2019 AD
