The Sudanese concern .. a shocking message from the Refugee Commission in Egypt

Follow-up- Al-Zawiya Net- The United Nations Refugee Commission in Egypt announced the cash aid provided to refugee families in Egypt, “including the Sudanese who make up a majority”

She said in a message that due to the lack of the acute financing faced by the Commission, the number of families benefiting from the regular monetary aid will be reduced from May 2025, and only the most needy cases will continue to obtain cash assistance.

She noted that she will receive families whose help will stop a short text message on their phone numbers registered with the Commission for that, please update your phone number if it is changed, by calling the hotline (0227390400), the UNHCR reception centers, or the partner organizations of the Commission.

She emphasized that all interviews assessing the economic situation are suspended at the present time.
