Saudi Arabia announces harsh decisions and a fine of 100,000 riyals

The Saudi authorities have issued decisions for a fine of up to 100,000 riyals, a penalty for everyone who applied for a visa of all kinds of all kinds for a person who has or tried to perform the pilgrimage without a permit.
