The Saudi authorities have issued decisions for a fine of up to 100,000 riyals, a penalty for everyone who applied for a visa of all kinds of all kinds for a person who has or tried to perform the pilgrimage without a permit.
The decisions also included entering the city of Makkah Al-Mukarramah and the Holy Places or staying in them from 1-11-1446 AH until 14-12-1446 AH.
The Saudi authorities have announced the start of the implementation of the decision to prevent residents from entering Mecca.
In a circular, she said that all travel and tourism services and tourism facilities in Mecca are prohibited to accommodate residents except for those carrying a Hajj visa, or an entry permit for the purpose of work or housing.
The Saudi Public Security announced that the residents were banned from entering the Holy Capital without permission from today, April 23.
