Türkiye determines its position on targeting Port Sudan

Follow-up- Al-Zawiya Net- Turkish Ambassador to Sudan, Ambassador Fatih Yildiz, announced his country’s condemnation of the attack, which he described as “brutal” and targeting vital and strategic facilities in the cities of Kassala and Port Sudan with the marches of the rebel rapid support militia.

The Turkish ambassador said, according to the agency (Sona), that Türkiye is fixed on any attack targeting the infrastructure and vital sites in Sudan.

He pointed out that this position is in line with the positions of many countries and regional organizations, as Egypt, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, the African Union and other parties all condemned and denounced the targeting of vital and civil facilities in Port Sudan and Kasla.

He expressed his hope that the Sudanese people will enjoy security and stability.
