Nyala ignites – Al -Zawiya Net

Follow-up- Al-Zawiya Net- Eyewitnesses from the city of Nyala, the capital of South Darfur State, revealed today, Thursday, that friction has occurred between elements of rapid support and the common force to fight negative phenomena, which led to tension and bullets in the vicinity of a previously capable market.

According to the eyewitnesses who spoke to “Darfur 24”, the joint force consisting of the federal police and a rapid support force carried out a campaign to pursue the fresh vendors and merchants who returned to a Qadir market, which was previously closed by the authorities.

One of the witnesses stipulated that he did not mention his name to “Darfur 24” that elements of the joint force raided the shops of restaurants and cafes and confiscated their goods, as well as looting of the people in those stores, while beating some of them.

Other witnesses stated that the same force tried to chase some of the tea vendors in the vicinity of a capable market, but another force responded to, which led to the exchange of bullets and the injury of a member of the confrontation force.

He pointed out that the accident led to friction and tension between the two forces, so that the state director of the state intervened Abdel -Razek al -Obaid later to calm the situation.

He pledged to pay the costs of treating the injured soldier, as well as paying financial compensation for phone and fuel devices looted from members of the joint force.
