Saudi Arabia is entering the field of cotton cultivation in Sudan

Engineer Abdullah Ibrahim, Director General of Sudan Cotton Company, confirmed in a statement to (Sona) that the preparations of the land were completed during the inch, and the dessak Hero, and the provision of improved seeds and burlap to confuse cotton and all inputs of production.

Pointing out that the new agricultural season heralds high productivity of up to 30 thousand quintals in acre in light of the stampede and enthusiasm of farmers and their high desire to grow the cotton crop and early preparations and provide high -quality seeds to compensate for what the producers lost due to the rebel militia and support the national economy to enhance the national roles of the armed forces and its partners in the battle of dignity.

The director of the Sudan Cotton Company revealed the ongoing arrangements to provide Saudi financing in the amount of $ 250 million to plant 500 thousand acres of cotton in the Blue Nile, an addition and spaces in Sennar, Al -Jazeera and Al -Rahad.
