Saudi movements arrive

Umm Rawaba- Al-Zawiya Net- The King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Works of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia inaugurated the distribution of (1500) food baskets in Umm Rawaba locality in North Kordofan State.

This comes within the third phase of the project to support food security in Sudan for the year 2025 AD and implementation by the Ishraq Organization for Development and Reconstruction and in the presence of the Local Security Committee and the Executive Director. The humanitarian assistance and a number of leaders in the country.

During his address to the inauguration activities, the executive director of Umm Rawaba, Mr. Ahmed Abdel -Wahid, stressed the fully supporting of the local support for the efforts of the King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Works, praising the continuous coordination and tight organization by the Organization of East in the delivery of aid to its beneficiaries and expressed his hope that this support will continue to meet the urgent humanitarian needs.

For his part, the humanitarian Aid Commissioner, Professor Muhammad Al -Badri and the supervisors of the two localities of Umm Rawaba and Al -Shuhada, valued the efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a government and people in standing with the Sudanese people.

Stressing the UNHCR’s readiness to facilitate the delivery of humanitarian aid and the salvage of the state and local government with the King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Actions in implementing more humanitarian interventions.

Abdel Moneim Khalil, representative of the Organization of the Organization, explained that this aid comes within the framework of the center’s efforts to alleviate the suffering of those affected by the war.

Pointing out that the entry of the state of North Kordofan, specifically the local mother of Rawaba, within the food security system, is the increase in the patch in humanitarian work, appreciating the security committees in insurance and simplifying procedures, and field visits showed an urgent need to support the health and education health sectors in the local.
