According to a court plan, the accused (AAM), 32, who stabbed the victim, was arrested, which led to her death at once and the crime tool was arrested, so that the necessary legal measures were taken and a communication is applied under Article 130 of the Criminal Code in the Western Department and the procedures for investigating under the supervision of the prosecution in preparation for submitting the accused to justice.
