The Sudanese Authority for Standardization and Metrology announced the Red Sea sector, the examination and disclosure of a hundred and fifty messages and responded through the Port Sudan International Airport during the past few period.
She noted that the messages included electrical appliances, medical equipment, meekness, live animals, cosmetics, perfumes, spare parts and textiles.
The director of the sector, Eng. Al -Walid Mohamed Othman, confirmed that all the messages were subjected to technical procedures according to the approved requirements.
He pointed to the activation of the role of the authority’s office at Port Sudan Airport after most of the imports that were crossing through Khartoum Airport now passed through it to the exceptional circumstances the country is going through alongside seaports and land ports.
