The Sudanese authorities make an important decision on the Yemenis

Follow-up- Al-Zawiya Net- The Sudanese authorities issued a decision to exempt the Yemenis coming directly from Yemen from the entry visa, in addition to exempting them from residence fees and delay fines.

The decision, according to the Yemen News website, now gives the Yemenis an opportunity to settle their legal conditions within three months of the date of arrival, allowing them enough time to arrange their legal and living matters.

However, work and investment categories have been excluded from these exemptions, as they are treated according to the approved legal procedures.

In this context, Dr. Abdel -Haq Yaqoub, an expatriate affairs attaché at the Yemeni embassy in Sudan, expressed his appreciation for the efforts made by the Sudanese Ministry of Interior in this context.

He explained that this step comes to enhance bilateral relations between the two countries and facilitate the lives of Yemenis in Sudan.

Dr. Yaqoub visited the General Administration of Passports and Immigration in Sudan to discuss the mechanisms for implementing the decision and overcoming any obstacles that the Yemenis may face
