A tragedy in Al -Abyad on the first day of Eid Al -Fitr

Follow-up- Al-Zawiya Net- A child was killed and eight people were injured as a result of random bombing by the Rapid Support militia on the city of Al-Abyad, the capital of North Kordofan State, on the morning of the first day of Eid Al-Fitr, according to local medical sources.

The sources reported that the artillery shelling resulted in widespread material damage in the targeted areas, while the testimonies of local residents confirmed that the attack caused great destruction of a number of buildings and infrastructure.

During the past few days, Al -Abyad witnessed a decline in the pace of indiscriminate shelling compared to previous periods, but the recent attack has shed light on the risks facing the city’s residents.
