Egypt announces Eid al -Fitr in the two

Follow-up- Al-Zawiya Net- The Egyptian Dar Al-Iftaa announced that tomorrow, Sunday, March 30, is the complement to the month of Ramadan, and that Monday is the days of Eid Al-Fitr in Egypt after it was not possible to see the crescent of the month of Shawwal.

The Grand Mufti of the Egyptian Diyar, Dr. Nazir Ayyad congratulated the Egyptian people and the Arab and Islamic peoples all over the world and the Egyptian political leadership on the occasion of Eid Al -Fitr.

The National Institute for Astronomical Research in Egypt announced earlier that Sunday, March 30, the first day of Eid Al -Fitr in Egypt, according to astronomical calculations, confirming that the crescent of the month of Shawwal will remain visible in the Cairo sky for 11 minutes after sunset today, Saturday, while the crescent remains visible in the sky of the rest of the governorates for a period ranging between 9 and 12 minutes

The head of the National Institute for Astronomical Research, Dr. Taha Rabeh, said that the details of the astronomical calculations are not considered only after their presentation to the Mufti of the Republic and is responsible for declaring the legal vision of the Shawwal Crescent, according to the jurisprudence and legitimacy dimensions, explaining that the Astronomy Institute participates in 7 committees to explore the crescent in coordination with the Ifta House.

Dr. Taha Rabeh explained that the astronomical calculations have proven their authenticity, especially in light of the modern technological progress that contributed to the error rate in the astronomical accounts zero, noting that the crescent of the month of Shawwal will be born immediately after the conjugation occurred at 1 pm local local time on Saturday 29 Ramadan.
