Follow-up- Al-Zawiya Net- The Director of the State Airport Administration in Sudan revealed that the work of the work of Dongola and Kasla was officially resuming, as part of the plan to restore regional airports in the country.

He said, according to Al -Sharq channel, that the coming period will witness regular operation of seven flights per week between Dongola, Kasla and Port Sudan, which enhances linking Sudanese cities and facilitates travel and movement between states.

He also pointed out that there is a ongoing plan to operate the Kinana and Damazin airports, in the context of expanding the support of civil aviation infrastructure in Sudan, and providing more options for travelers in the states.

The official stressed that there is an increasing demand from national and foreign airlines to work in state airports, due to the improvement of operational conditions and the increasing demand for internal flights, especially in light of the recovery of the air transport sector from the repercussions of war and conflicts.

Arrangements to operate Khartoum International Airport
